Dosarele de certificare, în funcție de procedeul administrativ solicitat, trebuie să conțină următoarele documente:
OBTAINING CERTIFICATE
AIRWORTHINESS
Parachute certification application
Request for hood certificate, as applicable
Identity card or passport (copy)
Property title, title deed or any authentic or legalized document according to the law – in copy
Documents or notarial declaration on your own responsibility, specifying the resource consumption, as applicable
Updated technical maintenance and repair documentation, or a maintenance program, as appropriate
Copies/photographs according to the production series of the main parachute, reserve parachute, rescue parachute, parachutist and passenger suspension system
