According to RACR- LPAN P "Licensing of parachuting aeronautical personnel", from 06.02.2017 and MT Order no. 897/2017:

• A person is authorized to carry out skydiving activities in Romania only if he holds a valid skydiving license, issued/recognized in accordance with the requirements mentioned in this regulation.

• The holder of a parachutist license is required to carry the license and the associated medical certificate whenever they carry out parachuting activities on national territory.

• Until obtaining the parachutist license, the student is authorized to act as a parachutist only under the authority and supervision of an instructor parachutist, carrying out his theoretical and practical training on the ground and in flight/jump within an OPA.
