According to RACR-CP "Parachute Certification" of 17.07.2017 and MT Order no. 897/2017:

• A parachute may be used for jumps in national airspace only if it is accompanied by documents proving its airworthiness, issued, converted or validated by the certification authority, in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.

• The documents proving the airworthiness status for the parachute kit are as follows:

  • (a) CN of the main parachute;

  • (b) CN of the reserve parachute;

  • (c) the certification of the canopy together with the parachutist's suspension system;

  • (d) the passenger suspension system certificate, in the case of tandem parachutes;

  • (e) documents issued by the manufacturer of other components, used in accordance with the regulations in force, if applicable.
