Step 1: Create an account in the exam scheduling platform
Step 2: Choose the location and date you want to take the exam
Step 3: Complete the application form and upload the required documents
Step 4: Receive appointment confirmation/rejection via email.

AIRCRAFT CERTIFICATION - REGULATIONS
Scheduling for practical examinations for obtaining, renewing or converting parachutist licenses, as well as the qualifications or authorizations related to the license, is done online, through the application available below.
In order to be able to take the practical examination, the applicant must cumulatively meet the following conditions:
to have passed the theoretical examination, which is within the validity period;
have a valid practical ground and flight training course.
After choosing the date and analyzing the documentation sent by the specialized staff of the CPALZ, the applicant will be informed of the available location for the practical examination.
Applicants will be informed by email both in the event of approval and rejection of the application, stating the reasons and the steps to be followed.
Note: Documents uploaded to the form can have a maximum size of 15 MB per file. Exceeding this limit will generate an error when uploading documents.
